We’re seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waiters/Waitresses. As the face of Smokey House, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests—from the first greeting to the final goodbye. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and team spirit Excellent communication and people skills A genuine passion for great service and hospitality Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus (but not required) Work Hours: Full-time. 1 day off a week. But mandatory to be on duty Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff. Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Handle customer complaints or concerns gracefully, escalating when necessary. Process bills and handle payment transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and order in dining areas, ensuring tables are reset quickly. Support team members during busy hours with positive energy and teamwork. Compensation Package: Base Salary: ₦60,000/month Additional Earnings: Monthly service charge based on performance and shift hours Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding brand.
